LEAGUE PRESIDENT’S MEETING SUNDAY, May 19, 2013 HOSTED BY: LOCATION: "North Recreational Center Conference Room" DATE: Sunday, May 19, 2013 TIME: 1:00pm until 3:00pm The primary agenda for this meeting will be to review and discuss 2013 PONY SANCTIONED TOURNAMENT locations, registration & entry fees, preparation, check in, rules & procedures and due dates. If your league President / Designated Tournament Coordinator is unable to attend, please send an alternate from your executive board. 2013 MLB RULE CHANGE

8.05 (b): “If there is a runner, or runners, it is a balk when – The pitcher, while touching his plate, feints a throw to first or third base and fails to complete the throw;” Comment: “It is a balk if, with runners on first and third, the pitcher steps toward third and does not throw, merely to bluff the runner back to third; then seeing the runner on first start for second, turn and step toward and throw to first base."
