It's All-Star Season ---- Are you ready???

AFFIDAVITS:  Sign on and pass code information has been sent to all teams.  If you have not gotten yours or you are having any issues / concerns with your Affidavit call Dee Prescott at 951-966-1281.  

 

AFFIDAVITS REMINDERS: 

  • Last column on the Affidavit -What team did the player play with during the regular season?  Must complete this column.
  • Players’ name:  Must match birth certificate – use the players full name, including all middle names.  Exception:  If legally changed from birth certificate must show legal documentation.
  • The Affidavit will print last name first.  Your team notebook needs to be in the same order as the Affidavit.
  • Print in Landscape View (not portrait).  
  • Print 2 copies, plus one pitching record.
  • If your printed copy says “Draft” on it, you did not submit your roster.  Draft copies will not be approved by your League or PONY.

 

Pinto Coach / Pinto Machine Teams:  You are allowed one manager and three coaches.  If your Affidavit does not give you a line for your third coach, then write it onto the Affidavit.

 

1.    Complete your Affidavit online. 

2.    League President (or designated board member) approves notebook & affidavit by signing the affidavit.

3.    Take notebook & affidavit to a PONY Director to approve – PRIOR to your first tournament.

GAME RULES: KNOW THE RULES!  Manager & coaching staff’s responsibility.  Must have a PONY Rule Book.  We do not play by your League Rules.  Study, study and study the rules.  If you have questions ask your League President, Player Agent, Division Director or a PONY Field Director PRIOR to stepping onto the field.  Rules will not be answered during your game.   Manager needs to have rules with him/her at all tournament games.  Suggestion:  All coaching staff members get a copy of the rules and study them too.


GATE FEES/PARKING FEES: All parents / fans must pay a daily fee to enter the park.  MAKE SURE YOUR PARENTS / FANS UNDERSTAND THIS!!  NO EXCEPTIONS!!

  • Under 4 years of age = no charge                  
  • 5 – 12 years old = $1 per person
  • Over 12 years old maximum $3 per person (district & sections)
  • Over 12 years old maximum $4 per person (region tournaments)

 Parking Fees:  In lieu of gate fees a host may charge a parking fee of maximum $8 / per vehicle at District and Section Tournaments and $10 / per vehicle at Region Tournaments.  The host may not charge a gate fee and parking fee.

 

NO COOLERS / NO OUTSIDE FOOD / SUPPORT THE HOST’S SNACK BAR!

Except for one team cooler with drinks & cool towels for players only.  Anyone who brings a cooler into the Park may be asked to leave with their cooler.


Brackets are subject to change.  Review the website often.

            Ask your League President, Player Agent, or League Director.

            Ask when you get your Team Notebook PONY sanctioned.

The BBCOR decertification process has been implemented on the following bat(s):

The BPF decertification process has been implemented on the following bat(s):
Louisville Slugger (Hillerich & Bradsby) TPX Dynasty - 12 bat (Model - YB12D - black/red/grey)

Mattingly Balistk (Model: BTKYB) Blue

 

These bats should be considered a non-compliant bat in accordance with
PONY Rule: 8-C (3) and subject to PONY Rule 18-E (6).

They are ILLEGAL!

  

Important Reminder:

Please ensure that all board members, managers, coaches and players are familiar with your current league boundaries. League boundaries for ALL STAR eligibility are based on where you live and not where you choose to play.
 
Proof of Residency is required for all players that will participate in PONY Sanctioned Tournaments.

 

*Rule: 4 (F) ... "Only players whose residence, as determined by the residence of their parents or legal guardians is within the approved league boundaries shall be considered "legal" players for tournament play."
